Tarot-score.fr began with a simple observation: after an evening of Tarot, calculating the score can take almost as long as playing the hand. Contract multipliers, targets that change with oudlers, handfuls and the Petit-at-the-End bonus all create opportunities for arithmetic mistakes. The site offers a calculator for three, four and five players.
What the site contains
The calculator keeps a cumulative score table for multiple deals and can export a score sheet to PDF. The wider site includes guides to the rules, scoring, bids, bonuses, Tarot history, terminology and illustrated cards. A blank printable score sheet is also provided.
Rule sources
The site says its rules and worked examples follow the official regulations published by the Fédération Française de Tarot. Where a local custom or variant is discussed, it is identified as such. Key targets and bonuses are checked against those rules.
Privacy
The original site states that no account is required and that player names and scores stay in the browser unless the score sheet is exported. This offline translation itself does not send entered calculator data to a server.
Publisher
The original site identifies CIWIK Medias as publisher under the direction of publication of Geoffrey Dorne, and notes that it is independent and not affiliated with the French Tarot Federation. See the original site for the full legal and privacy notices.
